Emma Stone's acting career began in 2004, when she played Laurie Partridge on In Search of the New Partridge Family (2004), a talent competition reality show on VH-1. feature film debut in Superbad, playing Jules, the love interest of lead character Seth, played by Jonah Hill. In 2008, Emma Stone, Stone appeared in The House Bunny, playing the president of a sorority.
In 2009, Emma Stone made Zombieland, co-starring with Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg. This horror comedy began shooting in Atlanta in February 2009. Stone played Wichita, a con artist from Wichita, Kansas, traveling across the U.S. with her younger sister, while trying to avoid being eaten alive by zombies.
Emma Stone got her first leading role in 2010, starring with Amanda Bynes as a high school student in Easy A, a modern allegory of the classic Scarlet Letter tale.
