Dunst Kirsten
Dunst Kirsten Caroline Dunst (born April
30, 1982) is an American actress best
known for her role in the Spider-Man
films. She is set to star in a comedy
called The Bachelorette, in
September, 2012. Kirsten Dunst's career began at the
young age of three as a model. Her film
debutcame at the age of six with a
minor role in Woody Allen's Oedipus
Wrecks (1989). Dunst's first actual
role came as Tom Hanks's daughter in
Bonfire of the Vanities
(1990). She entrered into Star Trek lore
in1993, by playing the character of
Hedril in "Dark Page", the
seventh episode of the seventh season
of Star Trek: The Next

Generation In 1994, at the age of ten,
Kirsten Dunst played the role of the
young vampire Claudia in the film
version of Anne Rice's popular
Interview With A Vampire. Film
critics complimented Dunst's role as
one of the creepier roles in the film.
Her excellent portayal of Claudia
earned her further attention in
Hollywood and helped advance her
career, and this performance earned
Dunst the MTV Movie Award for Best
Breakthrough Performance, the Saturn
Award for Best Young Actress, and her
first Golden Globe Award nomination.
This film also featured her first
on-screen kiss, with Brad Pitt, who was
18 years her senior. As a typical
ten-year old, she commented that
kissing Brad Pitt was "Gross." Kirsten

followed, as Kirsten Dunst appeared in
Little Women with Winona Ryder
and Claire Danes, Jumanji with
Robin Williams, and Wag the Dog,
with Robert De Niro and Dustin Hoffman.
Then, in 2002, she was cast as Mary
Jane Watson, the girlfriend of Peter
Parker/Spider-Man in the very popular
Spider-Man
films co-starring with Toby
