               2012) --Aged 93, American Socialogist and Civil Rights
               activist who challenged the legality of the internment
               of Japanese-Americans during World War Two. He lost
               his case in the U.S. Supreme Court decision of

               Aged 72--American politician from South Dakota.
               Janklow served as the state Attorney General
               (1975–1979 , Governor of South Dakota
               (1979–1987, 1995–2003); and as Soiuth
               Dakota's U.S. Representative in Congress
               (2003–2004). Cause of Death: Brain
