The Emerald City Comicon (ECCC) is the annual comic book convention held in Seattle, Washington every year in March. This year's comic convention's featured guests William "James T. Kirk" Shatner, Jonathan "Commander Riker" Frakes and Brent "Data" Spiner. The comicon was held this year at the Washington State Convention Center.
Star Wars Stormtrooper at Emerald City Comicon 2010

An Imprial Stormtrooper from Star Wars guards the fans at the Emerald City Comicon on March 13, 2010

As is typical with any type of comic/fantasy/sci-fi convention, many fans of a more narcissistic bent go all out and walk the floor in costumes of all sorts. With Nimoy's appearance, it was no surprise that a large number of Star Trek Federation uniforms were visible, as well as two very mean and grumpy-looking Klingon Warriors. A couple versions of Phoenix, from the X-Men showed up, as well as a Rogues' Gallery of Batman foes.
